Kenzie Duet Chilled Red?
We have placed chilled red with a question mark in the name here because we want to make you aware that this is definitely an option for this wine. Winemaker and owner Dave Mackintosh has made the wine to be just as good chilled. With the warmer days a chilled red is definitely on the cards. Dave is a recent returnee to Hawke’s Bay having spent many great years making amazing wines over the ditch. One of the more thoughtful and eloquent of the next batch of exciting young winemakers coming through the ranks. All the labels are original peices of art drawn by Dave, so a man of many talents. Kenzie is named after his maternal grandmother and the wine is called Duet because it is a play between light and shade. White wine (light) combines with red wines (shade) to create a wine of freshness and balance. Drink as an aperitif in the sun before dinner!
