Collaboration “Impression” Red Blend

Collaboration Wines is the child of the amazing Julz Brogden, a very talented winemaker who has worked in multiple wine regions of the world before settling in Hawke’s Bay. It started very small with the first wine being only 4 barrels or 100 cases. It is still small. But smallness is not a barrier to making amazing wines. The collaboration is between the winemaker and the grower and is fundamental for the creation of quality wine. The label is the work of Angela Tirrell from the Napa Valley. Julz lived with Angela while winemaking in the area and she commissioned Angela to paint the artworks especially for the wines. This red is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. It has great aromatics, fine tannins and lingering finish. Delicious.
