Zaria Chardonnay

Another hidden gem from NZ’s greatest region for producing Chardonnay. Zaria is a story of love between a NZ winemaker (Bryce) and his Czech wife (Alena). Together they want to be proud of the wines that they create.

The grapes come from the family vineyard named after Bryce Edmonds mother, Lesley, in the Bridge Pa region of Hawke’s Bay. Bryce, as winemaker, seeks to cultivate an enjoyable drinking experience with his wines and we believe he has achieved that with this wine. Not a massively oaky style, it does have everything you would expect from delicious Chardonnay. Grapefruit, peach and lemon zest ignite the senses both on the nose and palate.

The only problem with this wine is that it runs out too quickly! Enjoy it with your roast chicken and a leafy salad.
