Vilarnau Brut Reserva Cava, Organico NV

This organic Cava is crafted using traditional methods, following strict organic farming practices, with no synthetic chemicals or pesticides used in the vineyard. The blend typically consists of the indigenous Spanish grape varieties Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, which are carefully selected to create a balanced and aromatic profile. Each variety brings different characters to the final blend. Cava is one of those joyful, affordable bubbles that should be enjoyed with little ceremony.

The Penedes region near Barcelona is one of the most significant areas for the production of this unique style of bubbles.

This wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle, just like in Champagne, which imparts fine bubbles and a creamy texture. It is aged for at least 15 months on the lees in the bottle, enhancing its complexity.
