Rizzardi Cuvee XV11 Valpolicella Classico
The Valpolicella region can be found in the region of Veneto in northern Italy. Typically a little cooler than the regions further south, the wines are ofter lighter with crisp acidity. The traditional varieties of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara are the only ones permitted in this classic wine style.
The Rizzardi family has been making wine in the Lake Garda region for over 400 years, so probably have it sorted by now.
