Ever heard of these varities: Viozinho, Rabigato,Codega or Arinto? Neither had we until we saw this wine! We have listed the red blend version in the bar where it is really well received, but we just felt this white wine was so intriguing that we had to showcase it for you here.

Originating from the Upper Douro, sourced from Quinta de Ervamoira and Quinta dos Bons Ares. This structured and full-bodied yet refined and elegant white wine epitomizes the potential of the remarkable sub-region. The expressive nose exudes mature citrus notes, particularly lemon, with hints of peach and apricot. all underscored by a refreshing zestiness. Its full-bodied palate accentuates ripe fruit flavours, culminating in amineral freshness. If you like good Chardonnay this could be an interesting alternative for the adventurous wine drinker.
