Ozu Chardonnay by Otazu
The label is inspired by the love story between Ariadne, a Cretan Princess and Dionysus, the God of Wine, who together conceived Oenopion who brought to Earth the wonderful techniques of winemaking. The winery has a deep passion and close connection with art – The Otazu Foundation promotes and exhibits maily contemporary art.
The Otazu vineyard is located only 8km from the Pamplona and is the northernmost “Pago” vineyard in Spain. A Pago vineyard is one that has been awarded the highest level of recognition for their land and there is only 23 Pago’s in Spain so it means that the Otazu vineyards are pretty special.
Dazzling light yellow-gold in colour. Round and ample mouthfeel, with layers of citrus flavour.
