L’Escarelle ‘Chateau’ Rosé

Very pale rosé with aromas mint giving way to chopped apples. Wonderfully creamy mouth waves that close out with candied ginger notes. Ideally drunk soon from organically grown fruit.

Chateau de L’Escarelle of one of the most prestigious wine estates in the heart of Provence, organically certified vineyards set in 1,000 hectares of beautiful protected countryside and butterfly sanctuary in the very heart of Provence. Providing shelter and character to the estate are garrigue Provencal plantings and herbs, and a medieval Templar fort on the steepest hill, where the best grapes are grown.

Syrah 40%, Grenache 30%, Cinsault 30% make up this traditional Provençal pale, dry and creamy Rosé. Surely one bottle is not enough on a summers day…
