Jansz Premium Cuvée Brut NV
Jansz Tasmania only makes sparkling wine and they do it well! Tasmania, with its cool climate influenced by the proximity to the ocean and the rich soil, make it perfect for the production of sparkling wine using the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. The Jansz vineyards were first planted in 1986 in partnership with the Champagne house Louis Roederer. In 1998 the Hill-Smith family purchased the property and set about establishing a premium Methode Tasmanoise wine house. Methode Tasmanoise, as they call it, is the way that they capture the essence of Tasmania. Great value!
