Chateau Roubine Premium Rosé

A great example of quality Rose from the home of this wine style, Provence. The attractive lighter colour is always a good sign. This is the time of Rose and the wines coming from this part of France show how good these wines can get.

The amazing thing about this producer is that the Chateau has been known since the beginning of the 14th Century when it was the property of the Order of the Templars! It’s seen religious persecution, revolutions, world wars and everything in between. Located in the heart of the Var, the Chateau is one of only 23 wine estates classed as Crus Classe of the Cotes de Provence. 13 different varieties are planted on the estate and 6 of them are included in the blend to make the Premium blend. The resulting wine is softly aromatic with a lovely freshness of fruit. Dry and very drinkable.
