Bird in Hand, Sparkling

This Sparkling is here to remind you of the endless pleasure of optimism! Sourced from predominantly Pinot Noir grapes from premium cool vineyard sites across South Australia. Harvested during the cool of night to retain freshness and flavour for this wine. Crushed and destemmed straight to press with minimal time on skins ensured the extraction of only the lightest of colour and it is in fact slightly pink which really lifts the excitement levels.

The Nugent family who founded this winery are deeply embedded into their special patch of South Australia. Viewing themselves as caretakers of the land with tremendous respect for the natural elements of the earth. While their views get very deep and philosophical this wine is not really that deep. It’s fresh, light and very drinkable so chill it down and enjoy with friends.
