Albarino Brothers Wild Ferment Albarino

Albarino Brothers is a label that is new to the market but is making a big splash. Three mates, a viticulturist, a wine exporter and a domestic sales guy, have got together and are the force behind this unique proposition. Unique because their only focus is on making great Albarino from various vineyard sites around Hawke’s Bay and Gisborne

Incredibly ripe and meticulously hand harvested, Albarino Brothers Wild Ferment Albarino is delicious, balanced and complex. The wine is dry and zesty maintaining the citrus, sonefruit, and subtle saline notes we asssociate with a classic albarino, however, the Albarino Bro’s have certainly put a Kiwi spin on it. The french oak, lees contact and malolactic fermentation elevates this wine to a whole new level adding more body and texture on the pallet, making it perfect to pair with food
