The Cellar 495 Winemakers Dinner Series is Back!
Monthly, Wednesdays, 6pm onwards
Hosted at Cellar 495, Hastings
Limited to 20 seats maximum. Bookings required.
4 course set menu with matching wines $150 pp

COROFIN WINES – WED 31st JULY
We welcome talented Marlborough based winemaker Mike Paterson.
Mike and Anna’s intension with all Corofin wines is to transmit a sense of place first, over fruit intensity or winemaking ambition. Choosing to work with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay being the two varietals they believe will amplify the transparent expression they seek from the land. Excited to be working with trusted and admired friends as growers. Their vineyards are all located in Marlborough’s southern valleys and hope this little Pinot Project will shine a light on some pretty special spots in the region they call home.

A mid-week masterclass mini-series with 495 Wine Select’s friendly wine professionals, showcasing 6 specially selected wines, accompanied by paired canapes from Cellar 495’s very own Chef Carlita Campbell.
This is a seated, intimate opportunity to taste, explore, nibble with some of your favourite wine people.
