Our wine selection represents the finest from around the globe, served alongside seasonal cuisine that captures the spirit of New Zealand.

Coal Pit Wines
Coal Pit is a boutique family vineyard in Central Otago, New Zealand. Committed to producing world-class wines from their certified organic vineyard, Coal Pit is one of the few single vineyards in Gibbston where the grapes are grown, handpicked and crafted into wines on site. Join winemaker Anika Willner (named by Cameron Douglas MS as one of New Zealand’s young winemakers to watch in 2021) as she guides you through their exceptional wine line-up.
