Novum Pinot Noir

Seriously good Marlborough Pinot Noir from the clay-based Southern Valleys sub-region of Marlborough. Classy wine, classy label, great people!

Will and Rachael Hoare are the amazing husband and wife team behind this small but super exciting Novum brand. They have been working in vineyards in Marlborough for a considerable amount of time and they know where all the best parcels can be found. The 3-hectare Quarters Vineyard where this Pinot is grown, ticks all the boxes for what they were looking for. Will knew it from his many years at Fromm, the vines are over 20 years old, it’s relatively closely planted at 4,350 vines per hectare and it is farmed organically.
