Luzon Verde Organic Monastrell
Bodegas Luzón is known for its commitment to organic farming practices and producing high-quality wines that express the unique terroir of the region. Jumilla, in southeastern Spain, has a hot, dry climate with high-altitude vineyards at 450-500metres above sea level. These conditions contribute to the production of wines with bold flavours and good acidity.
The region’s flagship grape, Monastrell (Mourvèdre), is the backbone of many of Luzón’s wines. This grape thrives in the Jumilla climate, producing wines with rich, dark fruit flavours (blackberry, plum) and a characteristic spiciness and earthiness.
