Cremant de Limoux Grand Cuvvee 1531 Rose NV

The Grand Cuvée 1531 Rosé is a premium sparkling wine from the Limoux region in the Languedoc, southern France. The Limoux wine region is known for its long history of sparkling wine production. The name "1531" refers to the year the first recorded production of sparkling wine was made in the region, before Champagne. This rosé is crafted using traditional méthode champenoise, where the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, resulting in fine, persistent bubbles. This wine is a strange blend of local grape varieties, including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc.

From the prestigious Crémant appellation of Languedoc Roussillon, this classy Brut Sparkling Rosé is a wonderfully affordable alternative to Rosé Champagne.

Slightly off dry to taste with an elegant bead and clean acidity providing the perfect platform for the salivating red berry fruits to shine. Lees inspired shortbread & biscuit flavours add seduction.

This sparkling Rosé has got to be must for summer celebrations…
