Cambridge Road, Naturalist Rose Pet Nat

This is a Petillant Naturel wine which means the fermentation has been finished in a bottle before being sealed with a crown cap. That means it is fizzy! The wine is Riesling dominant for freshness with the balance being Pinot for flesh and body. Expect this wine to drink joyfully over the next 3 years. No additions and no Sulphur.

The winemakers at Cambridge Road let us know that this wine is bottled raw, honest and alive! So its a pink, fizzy wine made using Pinot Noir grapes with the addition of Riesling to provide the special sauce. What more could you ask for?

Cambridge Road are known for doing some slightly wild and wonderful wines and this is no different. The wine however has been disgorged prior to release which means that the normal sediment found in wines made this way is not present ensuring that the wine is clean, fresh and lively.
